reapp B.V. ("reapp", "we", "us") is a provider of a professional real estate data platform for landlords, asset managers and brokers. reapp is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 95412468 and is established at Rijnsburgstraat 9-11, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This privacy policy describes how we process personal data in connection with the use of our platform and services.

2. What personal data we process

2.1 Account data
When creating an account and using the platform, we process:

• name
• email address and mobile number
• company name
• login credentials (passwords stored in hashed form)
• IP address and browser information

2.2 Usage data
During use of reapp, usage data is automatically recorded, including interactions with the platform, communications, uploaded files and session information.

reapp may also process personal data about third parties that you enter into the platform. You are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for doing so.

3. Why we process your data

We process personal data only where we have a valid reason to do so:

• To deliver our services — account management, platform access and customer support.
• To keep the platform secure — fraud prevention, security monitoring and internal analysis.
• To meet legal obligations — fiscal and administrative requirements.
• For marketing communications — newsletters and updates, only with your consent.

4. Who we share data with 

We only share personal data with third parties where necessary for the provision of our services or required by law:

• Hosting providers and infrastructure suppliers (processing within the EU)
• Google LLC — anonymised analytics data via Google Analytics (see section 8)
• Tax authorities and other government bodies where required by law

We do not sell personal data to third parties.

5. Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary:

• Account data: up to 12 months after termination of the contract, unless a longer statutory retention period applies
• Communication data: 2 years after the last contact
• Invoicing data: 7 years (statutory fiscal retention obligation)
• Logs and session data: maximum 90 days

reapp applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including:

• Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
• Role-based access control
• Regular security audits
• 2FA Authentication
• Automatic scheduled backups
• Encryption

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object
• Right to withdraw consent

You may submit your request to info@reapp.nl. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

8. Cookies and Analytics

reapp.nl uses functional cookies (necessary for the operation of the platform) and analytical cookies via Google Analytics. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation enabled, which means your IP address is truncated before being processed by Google. The data collected is used solely to improve our website and services.

Google LLC acts as a data processor under a data processing agreement. Analytics data may be transferred to the US under Standard Contractual Clauses. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

When you first visit our website, we ask for your consent to place non-functional cookies. You can adjust your preferences at any time via the cookie settings on our website.
